​Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Costs​​​​

Delivery costs are quoted exclusive of shipping costs. Any courier or handling charges in relation to your order will be confirmed to you when you place your order and will be added to the price.

2. Delivery & Shipping

• Currently shipping New Zealand-wide only — International shipping coming soon.

• Free Delivery is available within the Pukekohe, Tuakau area

• Orders are shipped via courier Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm 

• ​​Deliveries left at the shipping address are the responsibility of the buyer, and Harrier Springs Distillery Limited is not responsible for shipments that have gone missing, by any means

3. Age Verification on Delivery

• A person aged 18 years or older must be present to accept delivery.

• The courier may require valid photo identification (e.g. driver licence or passport).

• If suitable ID cannot be provided, or the recipient appears intoxicated, delivery may be refused.

• We reserve the right to delay or cancel delivery where we believe it would breach the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.

• If delivery cannot be completed due to no eligible recipient or failure to provide ID:

  • The parcel may be returned to the courier depot or to us.

  • Additional redelivery fees may apply.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or events outside our control, including weather or logistical disruptions.

5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Shipping & Delivery Policy from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of purchase will apply.
