Harrier Springs Distillery operates in accordance with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally entitled to purchase alcohol in New Zealand.

2. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase alcohol from our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years or older. 

 

3. Responsible Consumption

We promote the responsible enjoyment of alcohol. It is an offense to supply alcohol to minors. Please drink responsibly.

4.  Price

​Product prices quoted on our website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD)  and are inclusive of GST.
We reserve the right to vary prices without notice.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we believe the order may breach any applicable law.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. If you pay by credit card you agree to indemnify us against any default by your credit card company to make payment to us in full. Interest will be charged at a rate of 3% per
month on any unpaid amounts. Any costs linked to the recovery of unpaid accounts will be charged to you.

​We are committed to protecting our customers payment information and maintaining secure online transactions through our ecommerce platform. Payments made on this website are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full credit card details.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title remains with Harrier Springs Distillery until full payment has been received.
