We want you to enjoy both our handcrafted spirits and the customer service experience. Please read this page carefully to understand refund eligibility.
Consumer Guarantees Act
We will fulfil our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
If a product is faulty, damaged, or does not meet the guarantees set out in the CGA, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
Refunds
Once an order has been processed no cancellations or changes can be made without our consent.
If your product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at admin@harriersprings.co.nz with your order details and the issue no later than 3 days after the delivery of the product to arrange a replacement or refund and we will endeavour to resolve this in a timely manner.
To be eligible for a return your item must be:

unused

unopened
-
and in the same condition that you received it.

it must also be in the original packaging.
We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Processing Refunds
Once your return is received, you will receive a confirmation email.
If a refund is approved a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 Business days

Shipping Costs

If the item is faulty, we will cover return shipping costs

For any other agreed returns or exchanges, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges
If your item is damaged or defective during shipping, you will be entitled to receive an exchange. Please contact us at admin@harriersprings.co.nz
