Crafted the traditional way on our wood-fired still, this is not a shortcut spirit. We start with a genuine mash of malted barley and corn, cooked in our wood fired mash tun — no sugar washes, no uncooked grain, no compromises. Just time, fire, grain, and craft.
 
Non-chill filtered and proofed with care, what you taste is exactly what came off the still — bold, raw, and full of character.
 
Tasting Notes:
Soft sweetness of malt and corn upfront, moving into rich buttery tones. These soften into layers of butterscotch and vanilla bean, before finishing with a delicate hint of banana on the back end.
